Trois résidences: la campagne, les mines à charbon, le désert. En France, en Israël et en Allemagne.
L’idée des portes m’est venue à la première étape du projet à Agen et s’est développée le long des trois résidences. Chacune des portes est faite avec les impressions et les expériences plastiques, liées à chaque étape. Les coutures présentes dans les trois portes symbolisent les liens et la réparation. Les portes sont légères, pliables et entrent dans une valise - Pratique et symbolique, faire du grand transportable et donner une légèreté à quelque chose de lourd. La valise : le voyage, la source, lieu de départ et lieu de retour, l’histoire de mon peuple, le ventre de ma mère, la tombe de mon père. Je l’ai peinte en bleu. Le tigre, trouvé sur place symbolise l’enfance et la prise d’autonomie. (La récupération et les trouvailles ont fortement influencé mon travail) Cette installation symbolise le passage sur terre et sa fatalité; la naissance, la vie et la mort mais propose des choix : des liens, des rencontres, des voyages, le choix d’entrer ou ne pas entrer par ces portes.
The idea of the gates installation came to me on the first step of the project at Agen. It came quite by hazard and i liked it for its symbolic of opening, meeting and passage.

Each gate is made with the impressions and / or art experiences, related to each step.
Seams in all three gates symbolize links and reparations..
The gates are lightweight, foldable and come into a suitcase.
Practical and symbolic, making great but transportable and give a lightness to something heavy..
The suitcase. - the trip, the source, place of departure and place of return, the belly of my mother and the history of my people. I painted it in blue.
This color has always evoked for me the sea and the sea has always evoked for me my parents
which are represented for my mother by the blue belly of the suitcase and my portrait of childhood in the middle. My father is symbolized in the back of the suitcase..
The tiger, found in the street in Dinslaken is used for the symbolism of childhood, of autonomy and freedom and also of the recovery and discoveries that have greatly influenced my stay in Lohberg.
So, this installation formes for one hand the fatal circle : birth, life and death ;
but it also offers choices - Links, meetings, traveling, the choice to enter or not enter through these gates.
